Grey Represents the In-Between

A Civil Operating System

Grey represents the in-between,

Where most of our brains can rest.

While extremes pose challenges from the left and the right

And put reason to the test.

Let grey be a respite, a pause;

From mis and dis and mal.

Do not conform. Do not comply.

And freedom will allow

Brains to work and logic to solve

The gaslit problems of today.

And so will thinking men do great things

And persevere with more to do and less to say.

When times look black, remember grey

And swear an oath to truth,

But don’t forget to take your time

And let the grey reign in evidence-based sooth.
